Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Policy:-

  • Clients may cancel their appointments up to 1 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 1 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of Rs 200.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.

• Refund Policy:-

  • Refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, such as if the service is not provided or a no-show.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of the service being provided.

  • Refunds will be processed according to our standard refund procedures (3-5 working days).
